What is the portrait process?

1. Contact me to request a portrait

2. Once we go over your home portrait details, payment is due

3. I create a sketch and make sure you love it

4. I finish the portrait out and send you a sneak peak

(or some clients rather wait to see the final in person)

5. Your artwork is on its way to you, USPS First Class Mail or I can drop off if local

How long will my home portrait take?

Depending upon how busy I am, most portraits can take up to 3-4 weeks for completion.  If you have a specific in-hand date in mind, I can try and work with you to make accommodations.

Can you make changes to the photo?

The general architectural details and perspective of your home will replicate your photo. Otherwise I can change seasons, remove trees, change the sky, add shrubs, etc.  ​​​

How do I pay you?

I accept cash, check, Venmo, Paypal or Cash App.

Please note: Each watercolor home portrait is a unique and artistic representation of your home.  Being hand drawn/painted, some details may vary slightly.  If you are looking for an exact replica of your photograph in a "watercolor" style, you may prefer a graphicly altered digitization of your home.
